In a continued effort to provide excellent customer service, we have developed the following return policy. All returns require a DoxTek Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please call toll-free (877) 705-7226 to request a RMA number. Returns within 15 Days: DoxTek will facilitate the return of products and provide 100% account credit for all merchandise returned "as new" in its original, unaltered packaging within 15 days of the original invoice date. Returns within 15 to 30 Days: Equipment invoice beyond 15 days but within 30 days that is returned to DoxTek "as new" in original unaltered packaging, will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Returns Beyond 30 Days: Returns requested beyond 30 days from the original invoice date will be reviewed on an individual basis and every effort will be made to accommodate the return. DoxTek retains discretion, however, to approve this request. If approved a restocking fee will be determined by DoxTek. Opened Equipment: Any equipment that is opened is considered to be "used" equipment and cannot be resold by DoxTek as "new". This includes equipment that has been removed from the original packing but has not been placed into service. For example, a display card removed from its packaging but not placed in a PC is "used" equipment, as it cannot be returned to our inventory. Additional Notes:
